Our HQ is in Cambridge, UK where we have a science and technology incubator. Cambridge has some of the world’s most exciting technology and AI innovations, and we are working with many of those companies in o2h. Prashant and Sunil founded the current company (o2h group) in the year 2011 and the o2h technology business unit was started in 2017 with the idea to build a culture where biology, science, and technology teams will work together for mutual inspiration and innovation. Based out of Ahmedabad, India and Cambridge, UK, the vision of o2h group is to seed new ideas in life science, technology, and green innovation. Role & Responsibilities

• Enable and drive the design team, managing project tasks and deliverables using agile methodologies.
• Creating user-centred designs by understanding business requirements, and user feedback
• Creating user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and mockups
• Translating requirements into style guides, design systems, design patterns, and attractive user interfaces

Skills & Characteristics

• Proficient in tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, InVision, etc.
• Proficient and up to date with AI tools in UI/UX and mock up design.
• Should be proficient in UI/UX terminologies
• Conceptual Thinking to convert idea into visual graphics
• Ability to work with different stakeholders like BA, PM, Marketing and Development team
• Should be proficient in Prototyping tools like Figma, Adobe XD and Framer.IO
• Having significant knowledge of Branding and Promotion
• Must be familiar with Color theory, typography and iconography
• Aware about new design trends in market
• Strong attention to details
• Creative mindset – and the ability to approach a problem creatively
• Highly organized with the ability to work independently in a fast paced team environment
• Self-motivated with initiative to reach challenging targets
• Positivity, focus and a winning mentality allied with kindness

Education: Degree/Diploma in Design, Fine Arts, Commerce, Engineering or related field

Experience: 1-3 years
